Project Module

Effectively manage the logistics and track the financials of your projects. The Project module supports the ability to create contract, warehouse, and commission sales releases, as well as to apply credits to each release type. Releases are cleverly organized with the ability to track release line items at summary and detailed levels.  Rep Edge also supports the ability to electronically import release line item details from Price’s All-In-One and Greenheck’s CAPS software. Use the Project module to manage and track changes to customer purchase orders, record vendor invoices, and generate customer invoices. The Project module makes it easy to access and understand project financials. Estimated and actual costs and revenues are clearly presented in several convenient locations, enabling you to view project declining balances as releases are invoiced. The Project module was also designed to accommodate sales splits so that you can recognize the contributors to each project and release.
